Gen Y dines out once a week at least. But if this student-debt ridden generation is going to spend their hard earned cash on the experience, how important are online reviews in choosing the location? We took a look at what they read, what sites rule, who they trust and how likely they’ll be to author their own critique. Our survey included 200 US Millennials who have eaten at a restaurant in the past month and read an online review in the past 6 months.
