It’s that time of year again – time for the annual Greenbook Research Industry Trends (GRIT) survey. I love participating because it’s an opportunity to take a moment and to consider our professional field, where it’s been and where it’s headed.
It makes me reflect on the early days when I started BuzzBack just over 14 years ago. The vision was the same as it remains today: to pioneer new ways to use the internet to uncover richer insights, helping marketers advance their approach to market insights. We are particularly interested in emerging technology and ever evolving ways consumers use it to express themselves. Maybe I’m dating myself but the big question back then was ‘…but how representative is the internet?’ Some of you may remember it well.
