BuzzBack will be presenting in April at the Qual 360 Europe conference in Berlin. In its 3rd year, the event will address key challenges in the qualitative research community and propose new insights to overcome those issues. Highlights at this year's conference include presentations on sensory analysis, community management, gamification, online qualitative research design and client's perspectives on turning insights into actionable business results. See below for more details on our Interactive Brainstorming Session that will take place on the first day of the event at 4pm.

17 April @ 4pm - ‘No whitewash’ - just clean (and some dirty) experiences of running international qualitative research forums

There are many papers and presentations at conferences that are very good at explaining the top level benefits of on-line qualitative research but we feel that too often they ‘paper over the cracks' and don't fully address the really practical day to day issues. All of us in research know that the devil is in the detail so let's throw some salt over our (left of course) shoulder?

  • Convincing clients and stopping mission creep
  • Dealing with location – using different languages and time zones (at the same time)
  • Finding alternative ways of executing an element of the research
  • Plugging in innovative tools into the research platform
  • What do I do if no one shows up to my forum?
  • Can I learn from the social graph?
  • How do I deal with external panel providers?
