We’re in this field because we love it.  We've honed our skills, gained experience and some unexpected talents too.  Here are some signs that you've fully embraced the profession you love:

1. You can switch between metric and non-metric measurements as easy as breathing.

2. You win any Trivia contest about country flags.

3. You can tell the difference between a Korean character from a Japanese one in the blink of an eye.

4. You don’t ask respondents if they are of Hispanic descent outside of the U.S.

5. While Google Translate is your friend, it’s a friend you know you can’t trust (and with good reason).

6. When someone tells you the time, your brain instantly calculates in which other time zones cocktails are being served.

7. When a responder mentions football, you know exactly to which sport they’re referring.

8. You know better than to launch a survey during half-term break season.

9. You can explain when, where and why Boxing Day is a public holiday.

10. You know how to say pancake in at least 3 languages (or you know how to translate a ranking scale into at least 3 languages).
