Competition in healthy beverages is dramatically increasing, and, as a result, Danone Waters needed to understand what ‘healthy’ meant to consumers in order to optimize their offering. We worked with Danone to understand the drivers and motivations of consumers to enable them to place consumer-centricity at the forefront of their innovation and marketing strategy.
