The COVID-19 pandemic has inevitably caused a shift in the way consumers are shopping, and these changes in behaviour are still evolving. To help us identify new shopping trends, we interviewed US consumers in three waves from the start of the pandemic. We were then able to draw up the categories which US consumers are most likely to remain purchasing online, and the categories which will go back to being purchased in brick-and-mortar stores. We shared our findings with Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
