We set out to uncover unmet needs among women navigating menopause and explore how our client could provide meaningful support. Using our Blended Research approach, we connected deeply with patients to surface emotional drivers and hidden expectations. The research revealed insights across menopause stages, identifying whitespace for new support solutions, messaging, and positioning.
Our client wanted to understand how their product and its competitors are perceived by HCPs, to inform strategies for increasing market share. buzzback's unique approach pinpointed key opportunity areas and patient types. We delivered actionable insights on how to target specific patient profiles to grow share and provided tailored tactics for engaging non-call plan HCPs beyond personal promotion.
Our client sought to evaluate whether acquiring a new technology could improve medication adherence. Through a blended qual/quant study with patients, HCPs, and payers, we explored current tech use and perceptions of value.
