Use cases

Challenge

A well-know, international pharmaceutical company came to buzzback seeking insight on Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) Stage III/IV patient and caregiver experiences for internal strategy and support materials.

Solutions

–A quantitative and qualitative blended methodology:

-Quant assessment to understand attitudes & experiences of patients & caregivers around NSCLC
-Diaries and blob exercises to reveal deeper understanding around feelings – both when diagnosed and currently.

Outcome

Our research uncovered a gap between patient needs and available treatments and revealed that caregivers feel unprepared to provide care and would welcome additional resources. The pharmaceutical company was able to adjust stratgey to better support patients and caregivers in the NSCLC community.
