Outcome
Through our research we discovered the combined territory of premium and sustainability, solutions for packaging based on the consumer journey phase, and communications for consistency across premium packaging. We were able to give recommendations for a cohesive global strategy informed by insights.
Prior to the study, we had hard data around sustainability (carbon impact) and business needs (cost) but lacked information around how consumers feel, leading to case-by-case decision making based on personal preference. This study arms us with the consumer insights needed to be able to make a cohesive strategy balancing sustainability, cost and consumer needs.
