Demand Generation Specialist

Location: New York, NY

Reporting to the Associate Director of Global Growth, this role ensures seamless execution across go-to-market systems, workflows, and campaigns. The Growth Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing day-to-day processes, integrating AI into workflows, managing data integrity, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • • Automate systems and manage data to support marketing and sales goals, ensuring workflow execution and accuracy.
  • • Maintain CRM data integrity to inform strategy and drive future growth initiatives.
  • • Develop, execute, and ensure adoption of sales & marketing campaign strategies, including list management, email campaigns, program implementation & analytics to achieve global growth targets, driving leads, MQLs, and pipeline.
  • • Analyze and report on email and CRM data to improve marketing and sales productivity, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • • Serve as an internal expert on go-to-market processes, creating efficient workflows while collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive, audience-focused strategies.
  • • Continuously research and implement best practices, explore emerging technologies, and update GTM initiatives based on data-driven experiments, customer insights, and KPIs.
  • • Partner with global growth leadership to address their needs with data-driven solutions, define expansion strategies, and identify white space opportunities.
  • • Track new opportunity pipeline from enquiry to won project, supporting forecasting and analysis.
  • • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, leads, and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • • Own the sequencing process for all inbound leads to book meetings, ensuring prompt and appropriate follow up.

Qualifications – Successful candidates possess:

  • • Based in the New York City area and able to work at our office in Midtown Manhattan 2x/week
  • • BA/BS or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience
  • • Innovation and/or research experience and/or prior experience selling to marketing organizations.
  • • Familiarity with administering GTM technologies, especially Salesforce or Clay.
  • • Experience with marketing email software, automation, and HTML.
  • • Strong ability to analyze campaign performance metrics to drive improvements in marketing strategies.
  • • Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally.
  • • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects end-to-end.
  • • Extremely data-driven; committed to experimenting until you see measurable results.
  • • Strong writing skills and experience creating content for email, webinars, or web pages.
  • • Curiosity and a desire to learn, especially around new technology and AI
